Cardoza Plumbing Corp. is a full service plumbing company, which operates within the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island and Westchester. We are a Minority Business Enterprise certified with NYS, NYC and Port Authority.  Cardoza Plumbing Corp. have been providing plumbing installation and renovations for Commercial Buildings, Institutions and Hospitals since our inception in September of 1999.

Cardoza Plumbing Corp is a privately held corporation, developed from Cardoza Corporation, a full service plumbing contractor, incorporated in 1986.  Originally owned and operated by Mr. Eugene Cardoza and passed down to Raymond Cardoza - President and NYC Master Plumber and Marie Cardoza - Vice President and NYC Master Plumber.

Current projects include NY Methodist Hospital (Lend Lease), Rockefeller University River Building (Turner Construction), Jacob K. Javits Convention Center (Tishman Construction), NY Presbyterian Hospital Milstein Building (Lendlease), NYUMC Cobble Hill (Skanska USA), NYU Lutheran Medical Center (Holt Construction), Mt. Sinai West (Lendlease) as well as various small, mid-range and large alterations as well as new additions, buildings, etc. in many of NYC’s private and public hospitals and institutions.

Completed projects include Columbia University Mind Brain Building, Columbia University Medical Education Building, NYU Langone Medical Center Kimmel Pavilion (Turner Construction) New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Fordham University Conley Hall and Law School, Long Island Jewish Zucker Psych Center, Mount Sinai Medical Center for Science and Medicine (see our current and completed projects section with contract values and details), as well as numerous projects at NYU Medical Center, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Columbia University. 

Our largest completed projects to date have been Kimmel Pavilion at $34,900,000.00, recently completed in 2018 Columbia Main Brain Laboratory Building at $19,802,050.00 completed in 2017, and The Rockefeller University Collaborative Research Center with a value of $12,900,000.00. In addition, we have Joint Ventured to build Citifield Stadium with a contract value of $26,000,000.00, The Beekman Tower with a contract value of $24,429,700.00 (owners Forest City Ratner and Kreisler Borg Florman Construction Managers). 

We have been contracted by Turner Construction as Trade Managers in a design assist role for North Shore Long Island Jewish West Wing Annex in Manhasset, a 215,000 square foot state of the art Neurological Center complete with advanced Operating Rooms, Recovery Areas, Central Sterile Processing, Pre-op, Peri-op as well as Critical Care Services. Also with Turner, and North Shore Long Island Jewish, The Lenox Hill Comprehensive Care Medical Facility in Manhattan consisting of three medical floors, inclusive of an Emergency Department, Ambulatory Surgery Space, diagnostic imaging as well as physician practicing offices and Exam Rooms. We were also retained in a Design Assist role to perform pre-construction engineering and to self-perform the plumbing contract to build the new Winthrop Hospital Research building in Mineola, NY. Most recently we were retained as an IPD partner for projects at MSMC St. Luke’s with Turner Construction.

These type of projects require extensive trade manager experience, AutoCad MEP /Autodesk software, Trimble Pipe Design 3D, and Navisworks manager capability, knowledge of materials and methods, the use of advanced tools and equipment as well as capability to streamline plumbing to reduce costs while yielding impressive results. 

Our ability to provide this service has become increasingly recognized in the industry and has enabled us to secure projects in this tough economic and competitive market. 

Our company is widely known throughout the industry as one of the leaders in hospital and institution plumbing work. We have a vast knowledge and working experience with specialty source equipment such as Reverse Osmosis Systems, Lab and Medical Vacuum, Air Systems, Gas Manifolds (Oxygen, N2O, etc.), Acid Waste, Vent Systems, Neutralization Systems, specialty gases such as Helium, high purity gases, Argon, Nitrogen and Bulk Gas Delivery Systems.

Our staff is large enough to handle any size project and small enough to provide personal attention. From estimating, to engineering, to project management our team will attend to every detail to assure all needs are met. Currently our office staff is 30 employees and field personal is running at approximately 100-125 plumbers. Our firm has a fully equipped and trained CADD department capable of 3D modeling, engineering and coordination.
