ADMINISTRATOR POSITION
We are seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to join our team.
EXPERIENCE
CONSTRUCTION CO., 2-4 years (Required)
The candidate we are seeking should be able to handle multiple tasks, communicate efficiently via phone, email, and letter with professionalism and detail, and have excellent organizational, time management and follow up skills. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the construction industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Ensuring support for the management and field staff
- Request and tracking Certificates of Insurance
- Assist with start-up and close-out documents for projects
- Update project logs
- Providing general support to management and field workforce
- Perform project related administrative functions
- Processing of T & M invoices and Proposals
- Organize Digital and Physical Files
- General administrative support
REQUIREMENTS
- Skilled with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Access)
- Knowledge of Viewpoint Accounting System is preferred but not required
- Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently
- Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent

ESTIMATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Performing on-screen take-off and determining competitive and accurate estimates to achieve margin and financial targets using our current estimating software Viewpoint MEP.
- Planning project budgets and developing construction cost estimates using our software and Microsoft office suite.
- Developing and documenting bottom-up costs estimates of labor, equipment, material, general conditions, and markup.
- Work closely with project manager to determine budgeting and strategic goals of estimating and business development.
- Estimating construction change orders using Viewpoint and Bluebeam.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, management required; MEP estimating with experience in estimating complex projects preferred; Strong skills and knowledge of analyzing blue print and on-screen takeoff using Viewpoint MEP software, Microsoft office suite; Ability to estimate crew cost including numbers and class of people equipment needs, material and other expenses; Ability to work in a cooperative team environment, with potential to perform in lead.
